Biography
Laura Martin is a multi-talented Project Manager, known for her organizational skills and proactive approach. She effectively oversees schedules, resources and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. In addition to her responsibilities as Project Manager, she also provides strategic input and guidance in Parkin’s clinical planning.
Laura promotes collaboration by leading user group meetings, collaborating with the consultant team, and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Drawing from her wealth of experience, she mentors and guides junior staff.
