Parkin’s ability to continuously expand and grow in their specialty sectors is truly motivating. Parkin’s work in healthcare and corrections continues to push the boundaries of design in very complex building types. Our work in other sectors such as in the High Arctic has provided an opportunity to explore extreme and remote environments where architecture plays just as an important role. The ability to build connections with various communities and being recognized for the good work that we do is what motivates me. To know Parkin’s architectural solutions make a difference and to be part of it is very rewarding.
Biography
Justin has built a strong reputation as a meticulous and technically adept architect, earned through his continuous engagement in intricate institutional developments. Fluent in both English and French, he has played an integral role in every stage of design and construction projects, from initial feasibility studies and financial analysis to comprehensive design, documentation, and project execution.
His recent endeavors involve spearheading the design and development of two schools in Nunavut, where he is respected for his problem-solving acumen, technical expertise, and adeptness in fostering cohesive teams. Justin is actively engaged in diverse commercial and light industrial projects, particularly in assembly occupancies with stringent security requisites, showcasing his versatility across varying project scopes and requirements.
