Healthcare

I want patients and families to feel welcome, included and accepted when they visit a healthcare facility; I want staff to feel supported, valued and empowered in the spaces they work within, and I believe that the buildings we design can have a positive influence on the outcomes of treatment. The more I can do to make the experience of healthcare less stressful and more effective, the better I am doing my job.
