Parkin’s 2nd annual gingerbread house competition took place on Monday December 11, 2017. Three teams entered and decorated their pre-build gingerbread houses during lunch time. The teams met budget requirements and used edible materials. Judging will take place today. Winner will be announced soon, stay tuned.

Parkin recently mailed a postcard for Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Ontario. The Ottawa Hospital’s new special care nursery opened today to help the region’s tiniest patients. Parkin recently completed the Intermediate Care Redesign for Ward 7C, in the Slaight Atrium Building.
