Biography
Jainesh Chahal brings a passion for creating functional, inspiring environments, paired with a strong dedication to sustainability and technology integration—all with an emphasis on healthcare design. In particular, he has extensive experience with large-scale healthcare projects and a variety of delivery methods, including Public-Private Partnerships (P3), Design-Build-Finance-Maintain (DBFM), and Alliance projects.
Jainesh has led major design development initiatives to deliver spaces that support patients, families, and staff alike, while meeting complex programmatic and regulatory requirements. He does so by fostering open dialogue and effective information exchange across project teams, ensuring design solutions are well-coordinated, practical, and responsive to diverse needs.
