Parkin is excited to be part of the design team for the Trillium Health Partners (THP) Broader Redevelopment, Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital project.
As recently announced by Infrastructure Ontario (IO), the Development Phase is now underway. ED+PCL Healthcare Partners is the Development Partner selected to further develop the project requirements, including design, schedule, pricing, and risk parameters. The Agreement with ED+PCL was signed following evaluations of the proposal process that began in April 2022.
The ED+PCL Healthcare Partners team includes:
Applicant leads: ED+PCL Healthcare Partners
Design team: Parkin Architects, Adamson Associates and Jodoin Lamarre Pratte architectes
Construction team: Joint venture between EllisDon Corporation and PCL Constructors Canada Inc.
Financial advisor: EllisDon Capital and PCL Investments Inc.
It is expected that once the Development Phase is complete, ED+PCL Healthcare Partners will enter into a fixed-price Project Agreement with THP to finalize design, build, finance, and maintain the project.
