Providence Care Hospital hosted an open house on April 1, 2017, in celebration of the completion of its new healthcare facilities—another major healthcare project accomplishment by Parkin, in joint venture with Adamson Associates Architects.
The new hospital brings together rehabilitation, complex medical care, restorative rehabilitative care, respite care, seniors rehabilitative care, palliative care and mental health programs that were previously located at St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital and Mental Health Services (MHS) buildings. The facility has a 270-bed state-of-the-art care environment for patients and clients, and a modern, improved, work environment for physicians, staff and volunteers.
