Designed by Parkin Architects in partnership with Accutech Engineering Inc. and Kudlik Construction Limited as a Design-Build Team, the school embraces a user-centred approach that balances functionality with Inuit cultural identity. The 34,000 sq. ft. facility maximizes natural light and local topography, featuring cultural spaces and classrooms that support traditional education. Overlooking the community and Ice Lake, it serves as a modern, functional, and culturally significant learning environment in the North.
