Led by our talented co-op students, the charrette invited the entire Vancouver team to contribute creative ideas for reimagining our workspace. The goal was to gather diverse perspectives on enhancing collaboration, strengthening connections across project teams, and celebrating the range of skills within our studio.
Working in groups, staff developed sketches, used trace paper and digital tools, and assembled mood boards to showcase thoughtful proposals for various spaces. While each idea was unique, all focused on improving communication, supporting teamwork, and expressing Parkin’s culture.
This charrette was more than a design exercise—it was an opportunity to build community, share insights, and collectively shape the environment where we work and create every day.
