Parkin in joint venture with RPL Architects is currently working on the Clarington Police Complex – Phase 2 located in Bowmanville, ON. The $83M project is a new build and will be tendered in July 2021. Construction is scheduled to start in September 2021 with occupancy scheduled for August 2023.
The Regional Support Centre (RSC) building consists of:
- indoor parking garage area
- storage warehouse area
- office/ lockers
- circulation
The Center for Investigative Excellence (CFIE) building consists of:
- garage area
- storage/ workshop
- office area lockers
- circulation
