For the first time, Parkin’s 61-member management team came together in person for an energizing visioning session, uniting colleagues from Toronto, Ottawa, and Vancouver.
Through dynamic discussions, hands-on workshops, and the use of dotmocracy, we explored bold ideas, exchanged diverse perspectives, and collectively shaped strategies to guide our priorities for the year ahead. The level of energy, engagement, and creativity in the room was truly inspiring.
Now, we’re focused on turning insight into action, bringing our shared vision to life and continuing to make a meaningful impact in how we work, grow, and support the communities we serve.
