Parkin Director, Robert Boraks, has been invited to speak about the evolution of youth incarceration at the IAPS 26th annual conference. Originally scheduled to take place in Quebec City—for the first time ever in North America—it will be held on-line, June 21–25, 2020, due to the pandemic.
ABOUT IAPS
Formed officially in 1981, but with intellectual roots dating back to the ‘60s in the architectural psychology movement, IAPS is a multidisciplinary and active association that gathers researchers and practitioners from around the world who have a shared interest in people’s interactions with their environments. Psychology, sociology, geography, design, and planning are only a few of the disciplines represented; for these and their representatives, IAPS serves both as a platform for disciplinary discussion and a platform for collaboration.
