As an accomplished Construction Contract Administrator, Paul’s technical expertise and leadership skills fostered a collaborative spirit among clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and authorities alike. He navigated complex phased renovations and new construction with remarkable insight and dedication.
A committed shareholder at Parkin, Paul exemplified integrity and diligence, delivering exceptional service to each project and client. His legacy includes contributions to notable projects, such as Hamilton Health Sciences Juravinski Stem Cell Transplant, Georgian Bay General Hospital, Hanover District Hospital, Kincardine Holistic Health Centre, Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, St. Mary’s General Hospital, Trillium Health Centre, Woodstock General Hospital, Royal Victoria Hospital, and Collingwood General and Marine Hospital.
