Parkin was pleased to share Beyond Treatment: Designing Community-Based Healthcare for Children and Families as part of the European Healthcare Design 2026 poster presentations in London. Lynne and Rachael were on-site with the poster, engaging with healthcare design professionals and sharing the story behind the Grandview Kids Treatment Centre.
The poster highlights the value of community-based care environments in improving access, reducing barriers for families, and supporting more connected, human-centred models of care for children and youth. The presentation offered an opportunity to contribute to an international conversation on how thoughtful design can help shape more accessible and responsive healthcare experiences.
