Parkin Awarded Functional Program for Adult Detention Centres

Infrastructure Ontario has awarded Parkin the contract to undertake Functional Planning and Facility Planning  Studies (FPFPS) for correctional facilities located in Ottawa, Thunder Bay, Sudbury and North Bay. The evidence based studies will recognize the evolving needs and roles of correctional facilities in Ontario. The studies are being undertaken with CGL.
