The Surrey Memorial Hospital (SMH) Critical Care Tower redevelopment project will hold the second largest emergency department in Canada.  The project, which is a Joint Venture between Parkin and CEI Architecture, adds 151 acute care beds and a new emergency department with specialized mental health and pediatric care.
