The session, titled “Relationship Building and a Net-Zero Carbon Future: The New Cowichan District Hospital Aims to Give Back to the People and the Land it Will Serve,” focused on the new Cowichan District Hospital in Duncan, BC, which is being delivered through the Alliance Procurement Model.
