New Facility
The hospital undertook an expansion project to house its Apoptosis Research Centre (ARC). The new 30,000 sq. ft. research building is located on CHEO's Ottawa campus, adjacent to the existing Research Institute. Parkin's four-level design allows the new building to correspond to the levels of the existing facility, and incorporates links to the University of Ottawa Health Sciences Building.
