New Facility
This new two-storey facility consists of an office block,
meeting rooms and conference areas, joined by a two-storey,
light-filled lobby. To take advantage of the location at the
corner of two streets, the building design is based on a
large-diameter circle. The circular image not only responds
to the site conditions, but also to the OPSTF's request for
a "unique, upbeat" building. The latest technology
in energy-efficient windows and skylights, water source heat
pumps and lighting systems enhances the structure's overall
sustainability.
