New Facility
Design of this Ontario Hockey League spectator arena and single-pad NHL-size community rink commenced in October 1997. Home to Don Cherry's Ice Dogs hockey team, the facility is conveniently located at the interchange of two major expressways in Mississauga. The large arena seats 5,400 spectators and includes 27 private boxes with separate access. In addition, the sports bar/club lounge can accommodate up to 1,200 Club Seat members. This fast-track project was completed within 11 months in readiness for the new hockey season.
