New Facility
This 18,000-seat, NHL-scale stadium includes 60,000 sq. ft.
of exhibition and trade show space. The large-span roof,
measuring 440 sq. ft. by 300 sq. ft., provides unrestricted
viewing from any seat within the complex. Within highly
competitive tendering conditions, Parkin was able to deliver
the project $4 million below budget, as well as complete
construction in time for the 1985 National Junior World
Hockey Championships.
