Parkin recently issued a postcard for Providence Care Hospital in Kingston, Ontario. The hospital is the first in North America to combine long-term mental health care, physical rehabilitation, and complex-care programs in one building. The WHIG-STANDARD newspaper provides quotes from both Eric Hoskins and Kingston’s Islands MPP, Sophie Kiwala, praising the hospital’s state-of-the-art approach to health care.
